Our Second ‘Tea at The Tower’ Event of the Season

Fortunately, we had a dry and fair day for our second Tea at The Tower event of the season on Sunday. The homemade cakes were well received as usual, with apple and lemon drizzle being the most popular. It was great to welcome our “regulars” and meet some new customers too.

Tea at the Tower is always held on the second Sunday of the month. However, in July we’ll be having our Strawberry Fayre on Sunday July 12th so our food offering will be the equally delicious homemade scones with jam and cream, strawberries and cream [why not have both?] and the usual beverages and soft drinks. Normal service will resume in August when our Tea at The Tower event will be on Sunday August 9th.

Both events will be from 11am – 3pm.
